Partner with performance specialists
"Sponsorship here reaches engineers and decision-makers who actually shape how software gets tested."
Coredev Nexus works with organizations that want their brand seen by a technically literate audience — developers, QA leads, and infrastructure teams engaged with performance testing and system optimization. Sponsorship is not advertising space; it is a presence within a professional context.
Each format is designed around what sponsors actually need: visibility, credibility, and a direct line to practitioners who influence purchasing decisions.
What each tier includes
Sponsorship tiers differ in placement depth and duration, not just logo size. Bronze covers single-session visibility; Platinum builds a sustained presence across all Coredev Nexus channels and events. Every tier comes with a dedicated contact for coordination and post-campaign reporting.
Commitments are quarterly minimum. Custom arrangements for annual contracts are available upon request — contact the partnerships team to discuss scope before committing to a tier.
| Tier | Placement formats | Duration | Audience segment | Reporting |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | Newsletter mention, resource page logo | 1 quarter | Newsletter subscribers, site visitors | Impression summary at end of term |
| Silver | Newsletter feature, webinar pre-roll, resource page listing with description | 1 quarter | Subscribers, webinar attendees, organic search | Monthly reach report + click data |
| Gold | Dedicated email send, session sponsorship, co-branded case study placement, all Silver formats | 2 quarters minimum | Full audience including event participants | Bi-weekly dashboard access + quarterly review call |
| Platinum | Exclusive naming rights on one annual event, content series co-authorship, all Gold formats, priority placement across all channels | Annual | Full audience + partner network distribution | Real-time dashboard, monthly strategy call, named account manager |
Editorial independence
Sponsorship does not influence editorial decisions, course content, or assessment criteria. Sponsored placements are clearly labeled. Coredev Nexus retains full editorial control over all published material regardless of sponsorship tier.
Renewal and cancellation
Sponsorship terms renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days notice before the end of the current term. Gold and Platinum agreements require 60 days notice. Early termination outside these windows is subject to a pro-rated fee covering committed placements.
Audience fit criteria
Sponsors must offer products or services relevant to software engineering, infrastructure, developer tooling, or technical education. Applications from unrelated industries are declined. Coredev Nexus reviews each application before confirming placement to protect audience trust.
Placement specifications
Sponsors provide final creative assets at least 10 business days before placement begins. Accepted formats: SVG or PNG logos at 300px minimum width, copy blocks under 80 words, and one destination URL per placement. Coredev Nexus reserves the right to adjust sizing for layout consistency.
Pricing and invoicing
Pricing for each tier is provided upon application and confirmed in a signed agreement. Invoices are issued at the start of each term. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Multi-term commitments may qualify for adjusted pricing discussed during onboarding.
Reporting transparency
All tiers receive documented performance data covering impressions, clicks, and placement dates. Reports are delivered in PDF format by email. Gold and Platinum sponsors receive access to a live dashboard with session-level data segmented by channel and geography.
